一种石膏复合氡屏蔽涂层的制备

摘要 以石膏为主要原料,制备石膏水泥复合涂层和氡屏蔽涂料复合涂层。结果表明,石膏水泥复合涂层的抗压强度为5.26 MPa,抗折强度为2.12 MPa,符合GB/T 28627-2012中底层、轻质底层及保温层的要求;石膏水泥复合涂层的氡屏蔽率为87.63%,可使氡浓度从1200 Bq/m^(3)降低至150 Bq/m^(3),符合民用建筑GB 50325-2020规定;氡浓度从3200 Bq/m^(3)降低至400 Bq/m^(3),符合地下建筑WS/T 668-2019规定。氡屏蔽涂料复合涂层的氡屏蔽率为98.72%,使氡浓度为11700 Bq/m^(3)的民用建筑和30000 Bq/m^(3)的地下建筑降低至相应标准规定的安全水平;获得致密的石膏复合涂层,屏蔽性能优越。本试验为石膏的利用开发提供了新途径,具有广阔的应用前景。 In this paper,the composite coating of gypsum cement and the composite coating of radon shielding coating were prepared with gypsum as the main raw material.The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the composite coating of gypsum cement are 5.26 MPa and 2.12 MPa respectively,which meet the requirements of GB/T 28627-2012 for bottom layer,light bottom layer and thermal insulation layer.The radon shielding rate of the composite coating of gypsum cement is 87.63%,which can reduce the radon concentration of 1200 Bq/m^(3) for civil buildings to 150 Bq/m^(3) specified in GB 50325-2020 and also reduce the radon concentration of 3200 Bq/m^(3) for underground buildings to 400 Bq/m^(3) specified in WS/T 668-2019.The radon shielding rate of the composite coating of radon shielding coating is 98.72%,which can reduce the radon concentration of 11700 Bq/m^(3) for civil buildings and 30000 Bq/m^(3) for underground buildings to the safety level specified in the corresponding standards.The dense composite coating with gypsum has excellent shielding performance.This test provides a new way for the utilization and development of gypsum and has broad application prospects.
