摘要
以膨润土和活性炭为原料制备膨润土-活性炭复合陶粒,考察物料配比和煅烧条件对复合陶粒抗压强度及孔隙率的影响。将复合陶粒放入好氧活性污泥中曝气培养,挂膜10 d后,填充到生态浮床框体中作为浮床基质,考察其对富营养化水体的处理效果。结果表明,膨润土与活性炭质量比为7∶3,造孔剂和黏合剂添加量分别为炭土总质量15%、10%,550℃煅烧1 h,所制备的复合陶粒综合指标最优,抗压强度为73.1 N,孔隙率为59.33%。填充挂膜后复合陶粒的生态浮床对水体COD_(Cr)、NH_(3)-N、TN及TP的平均去除率分别为30%、33%、43%、27%。
Bentonite-activated carbon composite ceramsite was prepared with bentonite and activated carbon,and the effects of material ratio and calcination conditions on the compressive strength and porosity of composite ceramsite were investigated.The composite ceramsite was put into aerobic activated sludge for aeration culture for 10 days with hanging films,then,the composite was filled into the frame of the ecological floating bed as the substrate of the floating bed,which was used to treat the eutrophic waste.The results show that the composite ceramsite has the best comprehensive performance,the compressive strength was 73.1 N,and the porosity was 59.33%,when calcined at 550℃for 1 h under conditions with the bentonite to activated carbon mass ratio of 7∶3,the pore former and binder addition amounts respectively of 15%and 10%(to the sum mass of bentonite and activated carbon).The average removal rates of COD_(Cr),NH_(3)-N,TN and TP by the ecological floating bed with the filmed composite ceramsite were respectively 30%,33%,43%,and 27%.
