摘要
根据内毒素(Endotoxin,ET)的结构特点、已知的ET结合受体及其作用通路,当前可借鉴用于猪只ET防治的措施主要有:①减少ET释放,抑制ET合成;②结合或中和ET,防止ET与宿主效应细胞相互作用;③干扰ET介导的信号传导通路等。治疗制剂包括ET类似物、抗体、亚单位疫苗、多粘菌素B吸附柱、ET合成和细胞内信号传导的小分子抑制剂等。在实际生产中,可将这些针对ET结构、ET结合受体及其作用通路所归纳的方法与增强去除ET的肠道碱性磷酸酶活性、维持猪只健康的肠道微生物区系平衡等营养管理技术以及降低猪舍尘埃浓度进而降低ET含量的饲养管理技术进行集成,形成综合的整体措施,可起到事半功倍的效果。
According to the structural characteristics of endotoxin(ET),known ET binding receptor and its action pathway,the main measures for prevention and control of pig ET that can be used for reference include:①Reduce ET release and inhibit ET synthesis;②Bind or neutralize ET to prevent ET from interacting with host effector cells;③Interfere with ET mediated signal transduction pathways,etc.Therapeutic agents include ET analogues,antibodies,subunit vaccines,polymyxin B adsorption columns,ET synthesis and small molecule inhibitors of intracellular signal transduction.In actual production,the methods summarized from ET structure,ET binding receptor and its action pathway with enhancing intestinal alkaline phosphatase activities for removal ET and maintaining pigs healthy intestinal microflora balance nutrition management technologies,and reducing dust concentration piggery and thus reducing ET content management technologies could be combined and integrated,to form a comprehensive overall measures,can have twice the result with half the effort.
