中草药添加剂对兔繁殖性能的影响

The Influence of Co-Chinese Medicinal Herb to Reproductive Ability

试验研究复方中草药添加剂对新西兰白兔繁殖性能的影响。首先将30只试验动物随机分成试验组A、B和对照组,每组10只;试验组A喂处方1、处方2、处方3,试验组B喂处方2、处方3,对照组不处理。结果表明:试验组A受孕率、产仔数、初生重和断奶重分别为90%、9.56±1.33、62.50±2.16和662.31±37.60,其中产仔数与对照组相比差异极显著(p<0.01),受孕率和断奶重差异显著(p<0.05);试验组B为80%、8.13±1.25、65.21±1.97和668.85±35.35,其中初生重与对照组相比差异极显著(p<0.01),断奶重差异显著(p<0.05)。

Study on the influence to New Zealand rabbits’reproductive ability by co-chinese medicinal herb.Firstly 30 animales was separated to group A,B and the control group;feed group A with prescription 1 Nprescription 2 and prescription 3,feed group B with prescription 2 and prescription 3,the control group does not handle.The results showed as follow,the conception rate,the number oi young animal,the weight oi newborn and weaned animal in group A is 90%,9.56±1.33,62.50±2.16 and 662.31±37.60 respectively,among them the number oi young animal is different extremely to the control group(p<0.01),the conception rate and the weight of weaned animal is different remarkabllyf p<0.05);80%,8.13±1.25,65.21±1.97 and 668.85±35.35 respectively in group B,in which the number of young animal is different extremely to the control group(p<0.01),the weight of weaned animal is different remarkabllyf p<0.05).
