摘要
针对火炮零部件变形量进行测量时存在着结构复杂、几何尺寸范围大、需经常拆卸等问题,提出了一种用于火炮零部件变形量测量的新方法。该方法采用激光雷达测量原理和标准球测量原理,并进行计算机实时控制和数据处理。对长度8 m的火炮身管进行实验测量,其重复性测量精度小于0.13 mm,测量精度能够满足火炮零部件变形量的测量要求。
According to some problems in measuring the deformation of artillery parts, such as complex structure, large geometric range and regular disassembly, a new method for measuring the deformation quantity of artillery parts is proposed. Laser radar and standard sphere measurement principles are used by the method and computer control in real time and data processing are performed. Experimental measurement of the artillery tube with 8 m length is carried out, the repeatability measurement accuracy is less than 0.13 mm, and the measurement accuracy can meet the measurement requirements of deformation quantity of artillery parts.
