摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院以粒子尺寸大且粒径分布集中、比结晶度高的特种氧化铝作为载体材料,通过优化载体结构以及活性相结构调节,开发了具有较大孔径和孔体积、更高抗金属和容金属能力的新型FCC原料预处理催化剂级配体系。与现有国内催化剂级配体系相比具有更高的脱硫脱氮活性、脱金属和容金属性能,能满足装置长周期稳定运转。该催化剂级配体系在中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司1.80 Mt/a蜡油加氢装置的工业应用结果表明:在装置入口压力10.4 MPa、氢油体积比653、入口反应温度仅323℃、装置运转负荷97.66%、金属杂质质量分数7.73μg/g条件下,精制蜡油硫质量分数为1 870μg/g、氮质量分数为576μg/g,具有良好的加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮性能。
In order to realize the long-term operation of the unit, SINOPEC Dalian Research Insititute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals takes special alumina with large particle size, concentrated particle size distribution and high relative crystallinity as carrier material. By optimizing the support structure and adjusting the active phase structure, a new FCC feedstock pretreatment catalyst grading system with larger pore size and pore volume, higher metal resistance and metal capacity is developed. Compared with the existing domestic catalyst grading system,it has higher desulfurization and denitrification activity, demetallization and metal capacity performance, and can meet the long-term stable operation of the unit.The commercial application of the catalyst grading system in the 1.8 Mt/a wax oil hydrotreating unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. show that the sulfur content is 1 870 μg/g, and nitrogen content is 576 μg/g, under the conditions of inlet pressure of the unit is 10.44 MPa, the volume ratio of hydrogen oil is 653, the inlet reaction temperature is only 323 ℃,the unit operation load is 97.66%, and the metal impurity content is 7.73 μg/g. It shows that the new FCC feedstock pretreatment catalyst grading system has good hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation performance.
