摘要
目的:通过Micro-CT观察糖尿病大鼠牙槽骨微结构的变化。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为2组:对照组(n=4)和STZ(糖尿病)组(n=4)。糖尿病组大鼠腹腔内注射55 mg/kg链脲佐菌素。饲养12周后处死大鼠,上颌骨Micro-CT扫描分析,并进行HE染色。结果:HE染色可见STZ组牙槽骨边缘吸收明显,牙周膜纤维排列紊乱,牙龈上皮有明显的炎症细胞浸润。STZ组相较正常对照组CEJ-ABC距离明显增加(P <0.05)。Micro-CT分析STZ组Tb.N值减小(P <0.01),Tb.sp值增加(P <0.05)。Micro-CT图像三维重构后可见STZ组牙槽骨吸收。结论:STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠牙槽骨组织损伤明显,Micro-CT技术呈现了牙周骨组织微结构改变。
Objective:To investigate the microstructure changes of alveolar bone in diabetic rats by micro-CT.Methods:Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group and diabetes group,with 4 rats in each group.The rats in the diabetes group were given intraperitoneal injection of 55 mg/kg streptozotocin.The rats were sacrificed after 12 weeks of feeding,and micro-CT scan and HE staining were performed for the maxillary bone.Results:HE staining showed marked absorption of the edge of alveolar bone,disordered arrangement of peri⁃odontal membrane fibers,and marked inflammatory ceils infiltration in the gingival epithelium in the diabetes group.Compared with the control group,the diabetes group had a significant increase in distance from the cemento-enamel junction to the alveolar bone crest(P<0.05).Micro-CT analysis showed a significant reduction in Tb.N value(P<0.01)and a significant increase in Tb.sp value in the diabetes group(P<0.05).Micro-CT three-dimensional image reconstruction showed alveolar bone absorption in the diabetes group.Conclusion:Marked alveolar bone injury is observed in rats with STZ-induced diabetes,and micro-CT technique displays the microstructure changes of peri⁃odontal bone tissue.
