摘要 麻醉药物具有神经保护作用,同时也有一定的神经毒性,如何实现其神经保护作用,减少神经毒性,成为临床麻醉医生面临的重要难题。本文从麻醉药物的作用分子靶点、神经保护作用、神经毒性以及如何减轻神经毒性等方面进行了综述,以期为临床麻醉用药选择提供参考。 Anesthetics possess neuroprotective effects but also certain neurotoxicity.How to achieve neuropro⁃tection and reduce neurotoxicity concurrently has become an important problem for anesthesiologists.This article re⁃views the molecular targets,neuroprotective effects,and neurotoxicity of anesthetics,as well as how to reduce the neurotoxicity of anesthetics,in order to provide a reference for the selection of anesthetics in clinical practice.
