摘要
近年大量研究发现氢气在缺血再灌注损伤、继发性脊髓损伤、糖尿病的神经保护、脑保护、动脉粥样硬化的防治等方面均具有重要作用,器官保护作用的机制可能与抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡及调节信号传导有关。本文综述了近年来有关氢气器官保护作用及其相关机制的研究进展。
A large number of studies have revealed the importance of hydrogen in ischemia-reperfusion injury,secondary spinal cord injury,neuroprotection in diabetes,brain protection,and atherosclerosis prevention.The mech⁃anisms of organ protection by hydrogen may involve anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-apoptosis,and regulat⁃ing signal transduction.Here,we review recent research advances in organ protection by hydrogen and the underly⁃ing mechanisms.
