“搓滚舒筋”法在全膝关节置换术后康复护理中的应用

Application of“Rub and Roll the Tendons”in Rehabilitation Nursing After Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的观察"搓滚舒筋"法在全膝关节置换术(TKA)后对肢体功能、肢体肿胀、疼痛的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在成都中医药大学附属医院骨科住院的100例行单侧全膝关节置换术患者,根据其入院顺序按随机数字表分为试验组和对照组,每组50例,对照组按照全膝关节置换术后骨科常规护理,试验组在此基础上给予"搓滚舒筋"法治疗。结果患者术后3、7、14d疼痛程度比较,试验组患者疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术后3、7、14d美国特种外科医院评分比较,试验组患者肢体功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术后3、7、14d膝关节肿胀程度比较,试验组缓解术后肢体肿胀效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"搓滚舒筋"法用于TKA后的治疗有较好效果,能够缓解术后关节疼痛肿胀,具有操作简便,易于掌握的特点,且临床依从性高,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of"rub and roll the tendons"on limb function,limb swelling and pain after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing unilateral TKA who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group in accordance with their admission order according to the random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated in accordance with the orthopedic nursing routine after TKA,while the test group was treated with"rub and roll the tendons"on this basis.Results The pain degree of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3,7 and 14 dafter surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).As to American Hospital for Special Surgery score at 3,7 and 14 dafter surgery,the limb function of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of knee joint swelling degree at 3,7 and 14 dafter surgery,the effect of limb swelling relief in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of"rub and roll the tendons"can play a good effect on the treatment of TKA.It alleviates postoperative joint pain and swelling.It has the characteristics of simple operation,easy to master,high clinical compliance and exact curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
