风险防范式护理在儿科安全管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Risk Prevention Nursing in Pediatric Safety Management

目的探讨在儿科安全管理中实施风险防范式护理的效果。方法以2017年1-12月对成都儿童专科医院6770例住院患儿实施常规风险管理为实施前,以2018年1-12月对7059例住院患儿实施风险防范式护理为实施后,对比管理前后的各项护理质量指标。结果与实施前相比,实施后风险防范质量指标中风险识别、风险评估、风险处理能力、风险管理效果评价有明显提高(P<0.05);实施后家属满意度高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后护理质量指标中护士沟通能力、危重患儿护理质量、专科护理记录质量明显高于实施前(P<0.05);实施前与实施后病房环境安全、急救药品/器械完备比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论风险防范式护理实施后的风险防范能力、家属满意度、护理质量高于实施前;风险防范式护理在儿科安全管理中收到良好的效果,可预防不良事件发生,提高家属满意度和护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of risk prevention nursing in pediatric safety management.Methods In Chengdu Children’s Specialized Hospital,routine risk management was carried out for 6770 children hospitalized from January to December 2017,and risk prevention nursing was carried out for 7059 children hospitalized from January to December 2018.The nursing quality indicators before and after the implementation of risk prevention nursing were compared.Results After the implementation of risk prevention nursing,evaluation of risk prevention quality indicators,namely,risk identification,risk assessment,risk handling ability and risk management effect was significantly improved(P<0.05).Family satisfaction was significantly increased(P<0.05).In the nursing quality indicators,communication ability of nurses,nursing quality of critically ill children and quality of specialized nursing records were significantly better(P<0.05),while ward environmental safety,preparation for first-aid drugs and equipment showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of risk prevention nursing,risk prevention ability,family satisfaction and nursing quality are significantly improved.Risk prevention nursing has achieved good results in pediatric safety management,which can prevent adverse events,improve family satisfaction,and improve nursing quality.
