金融资源错配、产业结构与环境污染——基于中国地方数据的检验

Mismatch of Financial Resources,Industrial Structure and Environmental Pollution——Based on the Test of Local Data in China

本文利用2000~2019年中国省域面板数据,构建空间面板数据模型,分析金融资源错配、产业结构对环境污染的影响,同时讨论了外商直接投资、技术水平提升、政府环境规制以及城镇化水平对环境污染水平的影响,结果表明:环境污染、金融资源错配、产业结构呈现出明显的空间自相关性;金融资源错配在一定程度上加重了环境污染水平,其中银行资源和证券资源错配对环境污染的影响更为明显,而产业结构升级能够有效降低本地和周边地区的环境污染水平。此外,外商直接投资、技术水平提升、政府环境规制以及城镇化水平提升能够有效改善本地及周边地区环境污染水平。

This paper builds the spatial panel data model to analysis the influence of the financial resources mismatch and the industrial structure of pollution to the environment by using Chinese provincial panel data from 2000 to 2019,and discusses the foreign direct investment,technology level,the government environmental regulation and the influence of urbanization level of environmental pollution.The results show that the pollution of the environment,financial resources mismatch,industrial structure presents obvious space since the correlation;the mismatch of financial resources increases the level of environmental pollution to some extent,among which the mismatch of banking resources and securities resources has a more obvious impact on environmental pollution,while the upgrading of industrial structure can effectively reduce the level of environmental pollution in local and surrounding areas.In addition,foreign direct investment,technological upgrading,government environmental regulation and urbanization can effectively improve the environmental pollution level in the local and surrounding areas.
