摘要
本文使用ML模型测算了2009~2019年京津冀地区13个城市的物流业绿色全要素生产率(简称GTFP),并进一步实证分析了环境规制对物流业GTFP的影响,结果表明,京津冀地区的物流业GTFP整体有所提升;当期环境规制不利于物流业GTFP的提升,滞后期的环境规制可提升物流业GTFP,滞后2期的环境规制对物流业GTFP的影响程度最大;环境规制和物流业GTFP的关系存在单门槛效应。可通过重视环境规制、鼓励技术创新、制定差异化政策,发挥环境规制的积极作用。
To analyze the impact of environmental regulation on the logistics industry,the green total factor productivity(GTFP)of 13 cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is calculated by using ML model,and the impact of environmental regulation on GTFP is further empirically analyzed.The results show that the GTFP of logistics industry has been improved.Environmental regulation has a significant negative impact on the GTFP.The second-lag environmental regulation has the greatest impact on the GTFP.Environmental regulation has a single threshold effect on the GTFP.In order to play a positive role in environmental regulation,suggestions such as attaching importance to the role of environmental regulation,increasing technological innovation and formulating differentiated policies could be put forward.
