摘要
在地铁明挖法施工过程中,对于可能出现大涌水量的地段、断层破碎带及软弱地层,宜采用预注浆技术进行处理以降低风险,需根据实际情况决定预注浆钻孔的注浆数、布孔方式等注浆参数。开挖过程中出现涌水涌砂情况时,应根据涌水涌砂的位置以及水流的大小、携砂量的大小等确定注浆材料的配比,采取坑外降水加注浆的方法进行处理以控制现场风险。本项目基坑开挖工程中出现涌水涌砂情况时采取的施工方法为WSS注浆。在使用不同配比的双液浆时,初凝时间不同,则涌水涌砂的处理效果不同。
In the construction process of subway open-cut method,in the section,fault fracture zone and weak stratum that may have large water inflow,it is advisable to use pre-grouting technology to treat and reduce risks.Grouting parameters such as the number of grouting and the way of hole layout of pre-grouting borehole should be considered according to the actual situation.In case of water and sand inrush during excavation,the method of precipitation outside the pit and grouting should be adopted immediately.After analyzing the location of water and sand inrush,the size of water flow and the size of sand carrying amount,the proportion of grouting materials should be determined to make the site risk under control.WSS grouting is the construction method adopted in the case of water and sand inrush in the foundation pit excavation of this project.The treatment effect of different initial setting time on water and sand inrush is different under the condition of using double slurry with different ratio.
