天津海岸带资源环境承载能力评价技术方法研究

为协调海岸带环境承载力与社会经济发展的关系,实现海岸带可持续发展,应选择适合天津海岸带资源环境承载力评价的评价指标。通过野外验证与资料收集,归纳和总结了天津海岸带资源开发的环境承载力评价的类型、适用条件、服务对象、评价指标体系和评价方法。对天津海岸带分别进行了陆域评价、海域评价,并进行了综合集成评价,采用“短板效应”原理确定超载类型,结合陆域和海域评价结果,天津海岸带的承载力集成评定结果为超载。

In order to coordinate the relationship between coastal environmental carrying capacity and socioeconomic development,and realize sustainable development of coastal zone,evaluation indexes suitable for evaluation of resources and environment carrying capacity of Tianjin coastal zone are selected.Through field verification and data collection,this paper summarizes the types,applicable conditions,service objects,evaluation index system and evaluation methods of environmental carrying capacity of Tianjin coastal resources development.Land evaluation and sea area evaluation are carried out at Tianjin coastal zone.A comprehensive evaluation is made.Using the principle of“short board effect”to determine the type of overload,Combined with the evaluation results of land area and sea area,the integrated evaluation result of the bearing capacity of is overload in Tianjin coastal zone.
