微观权力视角下旧城改造困境的对比研究——以广州恩宁路和成都曹家巷为例

A Comparative Study of the Dilemma in Old City Reconstruction from the Perspective of Micro Power: The Case of Enning Road and Caojia Lane

文章以广州恩宁路和成都曹家巷的旧城改造为案例,考察两个项目实践全过程中不同参与者的表现,并进行对比分析。从米歇尔·福柯的微观权力视野出发,剖析旧城改造过程中出现的复杂矛盾及问题,探究旧城改造过程中权力的内因关系及其运行方式,提出在旧城改造过程中,需设计参与协商平台以及其中各方的权力配置和相互作用关系,并形成相应的制度保障,以促进旧城改造的顺利进行。

This paper takes the construction process of Enning road and Caojia Lane as examples to investigate the performance of different participants in the process,and makes a comparative analysis.From the perspective of Foucault’s micro power,this paper analyzes the complex contradictions and a series of social problems in the process,explores the internal cause relationship and operation mode of the power in old city reconstruction,and puts forward the following suggestions:more attention shall be paid to the establishment of participation platform and the power allocation and interaction among all parties,and an institution shall be formed to promote the smooth implementation of renewal practice.
