摘要
使用脉冲电沉积法制备用于混凝土防护的Cu_(2)O沉积层,研究电解液浓度及电流密度对Cu_(2)O电沉积效果的影响。测定了电沉积处理后Cu_(2)O沉积层与试件的黏结强度、试件的渗透系数,采用XRD、SEM对Cu_(2)O沉积层的矿物组成及形貌进行了分析。结果表明:Cu_(2)O沉积层与试件的黏结强度随电解液浓度或电流密度的增大均呈现先增大后减小的规律,试件的渗透系数随电解液浓度或电流密度的增大均呈现先减小后增大的规律。电解液浓度、电流密度对沉积物矿物组成的影响较小,对沉积物形貌的影响较大。电解液浓度的增大,使Cu_(2)O以聚集模式生长;电流密度的增大,使Cu_(2)O形貌由无规则片状变为"金字塔"状。
By using pulse-electrodepositon method,tests was carried out to study the influence of concentration of electrolyte and density of current on the electrodeposition of Cu_(2)O,including permeability coefficient of the specimen and bonding strength between specimen and coating.Micro-mechanism analization of the Cu_(2)O coating has been given based on XRD and SEM.It is found that with the increase of electrolyte concentration or current density,the bonding strength between Cu_(2)O coating and specimen increases first and then decreases,and the permeability coefficient of specimen decreases first and then increases.The concentration of electrolyte and current density have little effect on the mineral composition of the deposit,but great effect on the morphology of the deposit.With the increase of electrolyte concentration,Cu_(2)O grows in aggregation mode.With the increase of current density,the shape of Cu_(2)O changes from irregular flake to"pyramid".
