几种纳米水泥砂浆氯离子渗透性对比试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为研究纳米材料对水泥砂浆抵抗氯离子渗透性的改善作用,选用8种纳米材料等量替代水泥,采用快速氯离子迁移系数法(RCM法),测试并分析不同纳米水泥砂浆氯离子扩散系数的变化规律。结果表明:纳米偏高岭土、亲水性纳米SiO2及亲水性纳米CaCO3均有效提高了水泥砂浆抵抗氯离子渗透性能;疏水性纳米CaCO3对水泥砂浆氯离子渗透性无明显影响;纳米凹凸棒石黏土导致水泥砂浆抵抗氯离子渗透性能降低;小掺量(1%)纳米氧化铝和疏水性纳米二氧化硅能够提高水泥砂浆抵抗氯离子渗透性,当掺量增至3%时,水泥砂浆试件抵抗氯离子渗透性能降低。 To investigate the effect of nano-materials on the chloride resistance of cement mortar,eight kinds of nano-materials were taken into consideration.The rapid chloride migration(RCM)method was applied to examine the chloride diffusion property of the cement mortar with various additions of the nanomaterials.Chloride diffusion coefficients of the nano-cement mortars with various additions of nanomaterials were obtained.It is shown that the addition of nano metakaolin,hydrophilic nano silicon dioxide and hydrophilic nano calcium carbonate effectively improve the chloride resistance of cement mortar.Hydrophobic nano calcium carbonate has little effect on chloride resistance of cement mortar.While nano attapulgite clay reduce the chloride resistance of cement mortar.Low content(less than 1%)of nano alumina and hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide improve the chloride resistance of cement mortar.However,higher content(3%)of nano alumina and hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide have a side effect on the chloride resistance of cement mortar.
