摘要
采用超声波分散法和聚羧酸减水剂(PC)修饰相结合的方法制备得GNPs稳定分散溶液,并在此基础上制备了不同GNPs掺量的的水泥砂浆试件,养护至不同龄期测其抗压、抗折强度,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对其微观形貌和组成成分进行观察和分析。结果显示,当GNPs掺量为0.04%时,试件28 d的抗折、抗压强度分别提升12.8%、33.9%;GNPs与水化产物排列堆叠,形成致密的层状结构,并能降低水化产物中CH晶体的含量。
The ultrasonic dispersion method and polycarboxylate based plasticizer(PC)modification were chosen to prepare GNPs stable dispersion solution.On this basis,mortar specimens with different GNPs dosages were prepared and cured,which were tested the compressive and flexural strength at different ages.In addition,the microstructure and composition of specimens were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicate that when the dosage of GNPs is 0.04%,the flexural and compressive strength of the motar for 28 days is improved by 12.8%and 33.9%higher than those of single specimen,respectively.GNPs can be stacked with hydration products to form a dense layered structure and reduce the content of CH crystals in hydration productsl.
