摘要
使用具有微弱自身水硬性的转炉钢渣制备了"无熟料"胶凝材料,改变早期水化环境,并通过压汞法和扫描电子显微镜测试了长龄期(10年)后钢渣体系硬化浆体的孔结构和微观形貌,研究了早期高温强碱环境对于钢渣长龄期水化的影响。结果显示:早期高温强碱环境对钢渣体系的后期孔结构产生不利影响;早期高温强碱环境并不影响凝胶产物的种类,产物都是C-A-S-H凝胶,且Ca(OH)_(2)主要以不规则的板状紧密叠加的形式存在;早期高温强碱环境对钢渣中凝胶产物的平均Ca/Si和平均Al/Si影响较小。
"No clinker"cementitious materials were prepared by converter steel slag with weak self-hydraulic property.Pore structure and microstructure of hardened steel slag pastes after long age(10 years)under different hydration conditions were measured by using a mercury intrusion porosimeter and scanning electron microscopy.The influence of early high-temperature curing and an alkaline activator on long-age hydration characteristics of steel slag system was explored.The results show that increasing curing temperature and adding an alkaline activator simultaneously has a negative effect on the long-age pore structure of steel slag system.Changing hydration environment does not affect the types of gel products,which are all C-A-S-H gel.The Ca(OH)_(2) mainly exists in the form of irregular plate and compact superposition.The average Ca/Si and average Al/Si ratios are little affected by increasing curing temperature and adding an alkaline activator simultaneously.
