密胺包覆环氧树脂微胶囊的制备及对木器水性涂层性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 木器涂饰采用水性涂料可降低VOCs释放,同时也会导致木器易产生开裂缺陷,降低力学性能,可以利用自修复微胶囊技术进行修补。试验采用密胺为壁材、环氧树脂为芯材制备微胶囊,借助扫描电镜、红外光谱、光学性能、力学性能测试手段分析了不同含量微胶囊的水性面漆性能。试验结果表明:0.50芯壁比微胶囊颗粒大小更加均匀,表面更加光滑;微胶囊含量为4.0%的水性面漆成膜效果较好,光泽度、硬度、附着力、抗冲击强度性能较优。同时采用耐热性试验测试了漆膜对加热烘烤人为制造日常损伤的修复效果,试验发现伴随微胶囊含量的增加,样品的变色程度和光泽度变化差值随之减小,初步表明微胶囊有一定的修复效果。 The use of waterborne coating in wood decoration can reduce VOCs release,but meanwhile it leads to cracking defects and reduces the mechanical properties of woodwork.Thus,self-healing microcapsule technology can be used to repair.In this experiment,melamine was used as the wall material and epoxy resin was used as the core material to prepare microcapsules.Then the microcapsules with different concentrations were added to the waterborne finish.The performance of the finish film was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),infrared spectrum(IR),and the test with optical and mechanical properties.The experimental results showed that the prepared core wall of 0.50 had more uniform particle size,and smoother surface.The waterborne finish film with a microcapsule concentration of 4.0%had the superior film formation performance,and the gloss,hardness,adhesion and impact strength properties were optimal.Besides,the heat resistance experiment was used to test the repairing effect of the artificially daily damage caused by heating and baking.It was found that as the content of microcapsules increased,the difference between the degree of discoloration and gloss change of the sample decreased,indicating that the microcapsules have a certain repair effect.
