摘要 城市轨道设施设备状态的监测水平会影响其运维管理模式。上海轨道交通网络规模超大、设施设备体量大、运行环境复杂多样、外部影响因素众多,其中央一体化综合监控系统在线监测技术成熟完善、检测功能完善,可实现对全网络设备运行状况的及时跟踪、分析和管控。以此为基础,对运维管理模式进行创新优化,调整维保人员岗位设置和职责划分,以保证应急响应的速度和针对性。优化后的运维管理模式能有效提高运营效率和检修维护的工作效率,有利于开展相对主动的应急处置管理,从而进一步增强对设备设施的综合掌控。 Monitoring level of urban rail transit facilities and equipment affects the operation and maintenance management mode.Shanghai rail transit network has extensive large scale,enormous volume of facilities and equipment,complex operating environment,numerous external factors.Its central integrated monitoring and control system(CIOS)has mature and complete online monitoring technology,well equipped detection function,offering timely tracking,analysis and control of the equipment operation status in the whole network.On this basis,innovation and optimization of operation and maintenance management mode and adjustment of personnel position and responsibility can ensure the speed and pertinence of emergency response.Optimized operation and maintenance management mode will effectively increase operation and maintenance efficiency,benefiting carrying out relatively active emergency treatment management,so that comprehensive control ability of facilities and equipment is further enhanced.
