建设一支高素质的机电专业"双师型"教师队伍,丰富教师队伍的实践经验,提高实际操作能力,是当前迫切需要解决的问题。针对机电类高职院校"双师型"教师队伍现状进行分析,分析机电类高职院校"双师型"教师队伍背景、内涵及特征,并给出了相应的解决措施。

It is an urgent problem to build a high-quality“double-qualified”teaching team of mechanical and electrical specialty,to enrich the practical experience of the teaching team,and to improve the practical operation ability.This paper analyzes the present situation of the"double-qualified"teachers in mechanical and Electrical Vocational Colleges,analyzes the background,connotation and characteristics of the"double-qualified"teachers in mechanical and Electrical Vocational Colleges,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
