摘要
国家为落实产教融合这种职业教育人才的培养模式,实行了现代学徒制。通过研究我国现在实行现代学徒制的现状分析得出目前我国在电气自动化教学中出现了一些问题,例如在工学交替中设计不足、学校内外教学项目衔接不稳、理论课堂内容不足以实现自动化发展、校内人才与社会岗位匹配度低等,本文在国家提倡要培养现代学徒制创新人才的基础上,提出了通过发展懂设计、精技能的创新人才来满足"中国制造2025"这一人才需求培养路径,以期为社会乃至国家培养卓越型技能人才道路上提出一些可行性建议。
The state has implemented a modern apprenticeship system to implement the vocational education talent training model of the integration of production and education.Through the analysis of the status of modern apprenticeship in China,it is concluded that there are some problems in electrical automation teaching in China,such as inadequate design in the work-study alternation,unstable connection between teaching projects inside and outside the school,and insufficient theoretical classroom content to achieve automation development.The degree of matching between school talents and social positions is low.Based on the country's promotion of cultivating modern apprenticeship innovative talents,this article proposes to develop innovative talents who understand design and fine skills to meet the talent demand training path of"Made in China 2025”to put forward some feasible suggestions on the road of cultivating outstanding skilled talents for the society and the country.
