基于课程思政建设高职工科教师能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of the Ability of High-level Staff Subject Teachers Based on Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction

思想政治素养是学生所需必备的素质之一,也是高职教育教学过程中的重要内容。在课程思政的指导之下,各学科教师应该不断提升自身能力,从而保障在课程教学过程中能够真正融入思政内容,从而促进学生思想政治水平的提升。基于此,文章当中首先分析了现今高职工科教师的教学能力现状,之后针对教师存在的问题,探究提升教师能力的策略。

Ideological and political literacy is one of the necessary qualities for students,and it is also an important content in the teaching process of higher vocational education.Under the guidance of curriculum ideology and politics,teachers of various disciplines should continuously improve their own abilities,so as to ensure that they can truly integrate ideological and political content in the course of teaching,so as to promote the improvement of students'ideological and political level.Based on this,the article first analyzes the status of the teaching ability of high-level staff teachers,and then explores the strategies to improve teachers'abilities based on the problems of teachers.
