高职百万扩招背景下数控专业建设研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Construction of Numerical Control Specialty under the Background of Enrolling One Million in Higher Vocational Education

随着国务院提出全国高职百万扩招重大举措,对职业教育的专业建设上更新要求,是一个机遇也是挑战。针对高职百万扩招背景下面临的生源结构复杂、学生学习积极性不高等问题,基于数控专业特色,探索与实践在改革人才培养模式到重构专业课程体系,建设实训基地、加强师资队伍和完善教学资源库等方面,为了能够更好的适应新形势背景下对人才培养的需求,符合新时代的综合型技能型人才。

The State Council’s major initiative to expand the enrollment by one million in higher vocational education across the country is an opportunity and a challenge to update the requirements for professional construction of vocational education.Aiming at the problems of complex student structure and low learning enthusiasm faced by higher vocational colleges in the background of the expansion of one million enrollment,based on the characteristics of numerical control,exploration and practice are to reform the talent training model to restructure the professional curriculum system,build a training base,and strengthen the teaching staff,improve the teaching resource database and other aspects,in order to be able to better adapt to the needs of talent training under the background of the new situation,and to meet the comprehensive skill-based talents of the new era.
