摘要 浙江省在研发应用电动新能源汽车及产业化发展中完全可以依赖于原有的对于电动车及电池运用上的传统产业优势。特别是在近些年来,在新能源汽车的关键零部件、结构材料、整车产品开发等重点领域内形成了数量众多的专利,产业已初具规模。但在动力电池循环寿命、节能与轻量化、车型开发和批量生产、电气安全可靠性等技术指标方面均存在较大差距,电极、电解质、隔膜和电池组件等关键材料的自主性研发和核心技术不足,在公共基础设施建设以及运营模式探索上尚有欠缺。 Zhejiang Province can completely rely on the original traditional industrial advantages in the use of electric vehicles and batteries in the development and application of electric new energy vehicles and industrial development.Especially in recent years,a large number of patents have been formed in key areas such as key parts,structural materials,and vehicle product development of new energy vehicles,and the industry has begun to take shape.However,there is a big gap in technical indicators such as power battery cycle life,energy saving and lightweight,model development and mass production,and electrical safety and reliability.Independent research and development and core technology of key materials such as electrodes,electrolytes,diaphragms and battery components are insufficient,and there are still deficiencies in the construction of public infrastructure and the exploration of operating modes.
