刚柔耦合条件下的差速器齿轮机构力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了获取差速器齿轮机构在多体动力学条件下的受力情况,以某款轿车使用的差速器为研究对象,利用三维绘图软件UG建立该差速器结构模型,并导入到ADAMS软件中,根据齿轮接触理论,添加合适的约束与载荷,建立齿轮机构刚体模型。在多体系统动力学理论的指导下,在ADAMS软件中建立行星齿轮的柔性体模型,从而得到差速器传动机构的刚柔耦合模型,并进行直线行驶和转向两种工况下的力学仿真分析。分析结果表明:在两种工况下行星齿轮与半轴齿轮接触位置的最大应力分别为377.15MPa和849.11MPa,均小于材料的许用应力;同时也得到了实际工作中行星齿轮应力最大的10个热点。这为后期齿轮的优化设计提供了一定的技术支持。 In order to obtain the force of differential gear mechanism under multi-body dynamic conditions,taking an automobile differential as the research object,its 3D model was created by UG software,and transferred into ADAMS software;the rigid body model of Gear Mechanism is established by adding appropriate constraints and loads,with the guidance of gear contact theory.According to dynamics theory of multibody systems,the flexible body model of planetary gear was established with the help of flexible body generation function of ADAMS software,then the rigid-flexible coupling model of differential transmission mechanism was obtained,the mechanical simulation analysis of straight-line driving and steering was done.The analysis results show:the maximum stress of contact position between planetary gear and half-axis gear are 377.15MPa and 849.11MPa in two working conditions,they are all less than the allowable stress of the material;at the same time,the ten hot-spots with the greatest stress of planetary gears in practical work have been obtained,it provides some technical support for the later optimal design of gears.
