基于“治未病”理论的中医适宜技术防治慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者的研究进展

Study on the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease by Traditional Chinese Medicine Appropriate Techniques Based on the Theory of Preventive Treatment of Disease

“治未病”理论是中医学理论体系的不可或缺的组成部分,体现了中医预防和治疗疾病的先进理念。随着“治未病”理论的建设和发展,更广泛的临床应用,其社会意义、临床意义越来越受到关注。基于“治未病”理论基础的中医适宜技术在防治慢性阻塞性肺病中发挥了重要作用,多样的技术手段包括功法锻炼、中药内服、穴位贴敷、针刺、艾灸、食疗、精神调摄等,可个体化运用于患者,易于实施,收效明显,生命质量得到改善,不良反应及经济负担较小,值得进一步推广和实践。

The theory of preventive treatment of disease is an important part of the theoretical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),which embodies the advanced concept of prevention and treatment of diseases.With the construction and development of the theory of preventive treatment of disease and its more widely clinical application,its social and clinical significance has attracted more and more attention.The TCM appropriate techniques based on the theory of preventive treatment disease plays a critical role in the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).A variety of techniques including power exercise,TCM internal medicine,plaster therapy on acupoints,acupuncture,moxibustion,dietetic therapy,mental adjustment and so on are worth further promotion and practice,for it can be adjusted according to individual patient′s conditions,and is easy to implement and has obvious effects of improving life quality,with less adverse reaction and the economic burden.
