摘要
限流孔板作为石油化工行业常用的限流降压设施,在工程设计中得到广泛应用。对气体而言,限流孔板孔径的计算方法有很多种。本文介绍了设计当中较为常用的三种亚临界气体流动限流孔板孔径计算方法以及五种临界气体流动限流孔板孔径计算方法。通过对比分析,指出每种计算方法的特点和易用性,并给出使用建议。通过两个实例计算发现,对临界流动气体而言,几种方法的计算结果偏差较大,针对这种情况,本文提出了建议的解决方法。
As a commonly used flow-limiting and pressure-reducing facility in the petrochemical industry,restriction orifice is widely used in engineering design.For gases,there are many ways to calculate the size of the restriction orifice.This paper introduces three commonly used methods for calculating the diameter of subcritical gas flow restriction orifices and five calculation methods for critical gas flow restriction orifices.Through comparative analysis,it points out the characteristics and usability of each calculation method,and gives suggestions for its use.Through calculations of two examples,it is found that for critical flowing gas,the calculation results of several methods have large deviations.In view of this situation,this paper proposes the solution.
