摘要
本文结合实际工程案例,采用HYSYS对化工装置中低流量及低热容气体高温管道热损失进行计算,分析管道热损失的主要影响因素,并提出减少高温管道热损失的优化方案。
Based on actual engineering cases,this paper uses HYSYS to calculate the heat loss of high temperature pipelines with low flow and low heat capacity gas in chemical plants,analyzes the main influencing factors of pipeline heat loss,and proposes an optimization plan to reduce the heat loss of high temperature pipelines.
