摘要 随着社会经济发展的加快,工业化水平的提升,工业生产、制造,应用的规模不断提高,因此对压力容器的市场需求越来越大。压力容器属于特殊性质的工具,对抗压能力、耐腐蚀性的要求极高,而焊接是压力容器制造的重要工序,焊接质量直接影响到压力容器的质量和功能。一旦焊接工序质量控制不到位,就会严重影响压力容器后期的使用,轻则影响使用单位的正常生产,造成一定的经济损失,重则会因为压力容器质量问题而产生严重的生产安全事故,甚至可能造成人员伤亡以及恶劣的社会影响,所以,加强压力容器焊接质量管理尤为关键。 With the acceleration of social and economic development and the improvement of industrialization,the scale of industrial production,manufacturing,and application continues to increase.Therefore,the market demand for pressure vessels is increasing.As we all know,pressure vessels are tools of special nature,which require extremely high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.Welding is an important process in the manufacture of pressure vessels,and the quality of welding directly affects the quality and function realization of pressure vessels.Once the quality control of the welding process is not in place,it will seriously affect the use of the pressure vessel in the later stage,at the lightest rate,the normal production of the user unit,and cause certain economic losses,and at the worst,serious production safety accidents will occur due to the quality of the pressure vessel,or even It may cause casualties and bad social impacts.Therefore,it is particularly critical to strengthen the quality management of pressure vessel welding.
