摘要
焦炭塔是延迟焦化装置的主要设备之一,焦炭塔主要工艺管道配管方式的优劣是延迟焦化装置能否安全、长周期运行的关键。结合延迟焦化装置布置和焦炭塔框架实际情况,给出合理可行的配管方式,再经管道应力分析进行验证和优化,是装置安全、长周期运行的有力保证。
The coke tower is one of the main equipments of the delayed coking unit.The quality of the main process pipeline piping of the coke tower is the key to the safe and long-term operation of the delayed coking unit.Combining the layout of the delayed coking device and the actual situation of the coke tower frame,a reasonable and feasible piping method is given,and then verified and optimized by the pipeline stress analysis,it is a strong guarantee for the safe and long-term operation of the device.
