摘要
对游梁式抽油机重新设计改造以实现低冲次运行。通过使用变频器调速、两级皮带传动、低速电机和无铁损永磁调速器的改造方法对比分析,从而在游梁式抽油机改造的可行性研究方案中,得出合理可行的改造方案。无铁损永磁调速器既能够降低冲次,增加启动力矩,降低电机装机功率,获得较大传动比,又能实现增加输出轴扭矩,实现冲次连续可调的减速传动系统,从而起到降低能耗,节约油田能耗的目的。
The beam pumping unit was redesigned and reconstructed to achieve low-stroke operation.Through the use of frequency converter speed regulation,two-stage belt transmission,low-speed motor and non-iron loss permanent magnet governor,the transformation methods were compared and analyzed.In the feasibility study plan for the reconstruction of the beam pumping unit,a reasonable and feasible modification plan was obtained.The iron-loss permanent magnet governor can not only reduce the stroke frequency,increase the starting torque,reduce the installed power of the motor,and obtain a larger transmission ratio,but also increase the output shaft torque and realize the reduction transmission system with continuously adjustable stroke frequency.To reduce energy consumption and save energy consumption in oil fields.
