摘要
水质检验与人们的日常生活有着紧密的联系,如果饮用水或自来水中重金属含量过高,无疑会对人体健康带来极大的危害,严重时甚至会导致贫血等重大身体疾病,因此在水使用之前,必须首先测定水质中所含有的重金属,然后经过一系列的净化处理措施,从而可以保证投入使用的水安全、洁净。基于此,首先阐明了水质检验中重金属测定的重要性,并在此基础上对具体测定方法进行了深入研究,如电化学法、原子吸收光谱法、荧光分析法、分光光度法、生物化学法等,以确保水质真正达到安全应用标准。
