随着经济的快速发展,化工产业已经成为市场结构中不可缺少的重要产业,化工产品也逐渐改善了群众的生活。化工产业在进入高速发展阶段的同时,也遇到了更加严峻的挑战。化工产品在技术和原材料方面具有独特性,生产过程中若是生产不规范,会对环境和人身财产安全造成影响。在研究的开始阶段,对化工工艺管理和安全生产的关系进行了介绍,之后对化工生产技术安全管理现状进行了深入研究,在综合实际需求的情况下提出了安全生产平衡措施,以确保化工产业稳定健康发展。

With the rapid economic development,the chemical industry has become an indispensable and important industry in the market structure,and chemical products have gradually improved the lives of the people.While the chemical industry has entered a stage of rapid development,it has also encountered more severe challenges.Chemical products are unique in terms of technology and raw materials.If the production process is not standardized,it will affect the environment and personal and property safety.At the beginning of the research,this paper introduces the relationship between chemical process management and safety production.After that,it conducts an in-depth study on the status quo of chemical production technology safety management,and puts forward safety production balance measures based on actual needs.It is hoped that this way can ensure the stable and healthy development of the chemical industry.
