液氯作为化工原料,应用广泛,且液氯属于剧毒产品,危害性大。从总图布置、液氯存储、液氯卸车、自动化控制、安全仪表系统、压力容器和管道以及三氯化氮含量控制等方面进行论述,以期引起对液氯安全设计的重视,为液氯的安全设计提供帮助。

Liquid chlorine is widely used as chemical raw material,and it is highly toxic and harmful.This paper discusses the general layout,liquid chlorine storage,liquid chlorine unloading,automatic control,safety instrument system,pressure vessel and pipeline,and nitrogen trichloride content control,so as to attract attention to the safety design of liquid chlorine and provide help for the safety design of liquid chlorine.
