摘要
硝酸工业生产方法有常压法、中压法、高压法和双加压法。双加压法的氧化段压力为0.45MPa,吸收段压力为1.1MPa,与其他工艺相比,氧化压力适中,t酸铂耗少;吸收压力高,对氮的氧化物吸收有利,产酸浓度高,氨耗低,尾气排放氮氧化物含量低。
The industrial production methods of nitric acid include normal pressure method,medium pressure method,high pressure method and double pressure method.Compared with other processes,the oxidation pressure is moderate,and the consumption of platinum per ton of acid is less;the absorption pressure is high,which is beneficial to the absorption of nitrogen oxides,with high concentration of acid production,low ammonia consumption and low content of nitrogen oxides in tail gas.
