摘要 玻璃钢抽丝主要产生VOCs的工艺环节为溶剂存放、溶剂调配、浸润、浸润槽回流等,玻璃钢制品加工产生VOCs的工艺环节为原辅材料库存区、混料、缠绕涂布及固化区等。在玻璃钢成型过程中所产生的VOCs组分主要是苯乙烯,其挥发到空气中形成带有恶臭、刺激性气味的VOCs废气,对大气环境造成污染。以潍坊联荣环保设备有限公司生产玻璃房阳极管产生的VOCs废气处理为例,介绍了一种乳化液吸收+催化氧化处理含苯乙烯VOCs废气技术,从该净化工艺的路线、设备参数和运行情况,说明其特点及注意事项,证明该处理措施是可行的。 The main process links of frp wire drawing to produce vocs are solvent storage,solvent blending,infiltration,and infiltration tank reflow,etc.the process links to produce vocs in frp products processing are the original and auxiliary processes.material storage area,mixing,winding coating and curing area,etc.the vocs produced in the molding process of frp are mainly styrene,which volatilizes into the air to form vocs waste gas with malodorous and pungent odors,causing pollution to the atmospheric environment.taking weifang lianrong environmental protection equipment co.,ltd.to treat the vocs waste gas generated by the anode tube of the glass house as an example,it introduced a technology of emulsion absorption+catalytic oxidation to treat styrene-containing vocs waste gas.from the purification process route,equipment parameters and operation status,explain its characteristics and precautions,and prove that the treatment measures are feasible.
