摘要 以焦化烟气为例研发了“节能型焦化烟气高效氧化吸收脱硫脱硝一体化技术”,应用于山东钢铁股份有限公司济南分公司炼铁厂8#焦炉,介绍了钢铁工业焦化烟气高效氧化吸收脱硫脱硝的工艺原理及研发和中试情况,根据工艺要求开发了关键的设备部件,经中试效果验证,该工艺技术先进可靠,具有很强的独创性和实效性,中试运行工况稳定,成本较低,是一项有推广应用前景的技术。 Taking the coking flue gas as an example,the“energy-saving coking flue gas efficient oxidation,absorption,desulfurization and denitrification integrated technology”was developed and applied to the 8#coke oven of the ironmaking plant of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Jinan Branch,and introduced the high efficiency of coking flue gas in the iron and steel industry.The process principle,research and development and pilot test of oxidative absorption desulfurization and denitrification.According to the process requirements,key equipment components have been developed.After the pilot test results have been verified,the process technology is advanced and reliable,with strong originality and effectiveness.The conditions are stable,the cost is low,It is a technology with promising promotion and application.
