苹果花期冻害决策气象服务及防御措施探讨

Discussion on Meteorological Service and Defense Measures for Decision Making of Freezing Injury in Apple Fowering Period

回顾2020年4月延安2次历史少见的低温害冻影响过程中决策气象服务工作发现:通过温度预报,结合苹果物候期的数据,形成延安苹果花期冻害分布图和冻害防御作战图,政府、果业管理部门、果农根据精细的作战图实现提前部署安排,采取合理的防御措施,降低苹果冻害影响;2次低温冻害受灾程度远低于理论风险值,气象服务发挥了防灾减灾的第一道防线作用。
