灾害性天气对新罗乡村旅游景区的风险评估

Risk Assessment of Disastrous Weather to Xingluo Rural Tourist Attractions

根据2009—2018年新罗区区域站气象数据,对新罗区内灾害性天气短时强降水(≥20 mm/h)、大风(≥17.2 m/s)、高温(≥35℃)、雷电、冰雹进行分析。结果表明:气象灾害主要集中在3—9月,3月为大风、冰雹高发月,5—9月为短时强降水、雷电、高温集中期,6月短时强降水发生率最高,8月雷电、高温发生率最高;冰雹、短时强降水、大风灾害南部镇街出现率高于北部镇街,北部镇街高温出现率高于南部。由此认为,影响乡村旅游景区游客数的有利气象条件大多为温度适宜、晴天,不利气象因子为降水、大风、雷电、低温等,高温不属于影响乡村旅游游客数的不利气象因子。调查乡村旅游景区的设施情况,提出趋利避害的设施建设建议。

Based on the meteorological data of regional stations in Xinluo District from 2009 to 2018,short-term heavy precipitation(≥20 mm/h),strong wind(≥17.2 m/s),high temperature(≥35℃),lightning and hail of catastrophic weather in Xinluo District were analyzed.The results showed that meteorological disasters were mainly concentrated in March to September.March was the month with high incidence of gale and hail,and May to September was the period of short-term heavy precipitation,lightning and high temperature.The incidence of short-term heavy precipitation was the highest in June,and that of lightning and high temperature was the highest in August.The occurrence rate of hail,shortterm heavy precipitation and strong wind disasters in the south is higher than that in the north,and the occurrence rate of high temperature in the north is higher than that in the south.Therefore,it is concluded that the favorable meteorological conditions affecting the number of tourists in rural tourist spots are mostly suitable temperature and sunny days,while the unfavorable meteorological factors are precipitation,strong wind,thunder and lightning,and low temperature,etc.,while high temperature is not one of the unfavorable meteorological factors affecting the number of tourists in rural tourist spots.Investigate the facilities of rural tourist attractions and put forward some suggestions on the facilities construction.
