网络环境下高职院校学生思想政治教育工作创新模式研究

Research on Innovation Mode of Ideological and Political Education of Vocational College Students under the Network Environment

网络环境下信息内容的多元化、复杂性相互关联,信息传播方式的共享性、即时性、开放性互相交织,网络为思想政治工作的开展提供了便利和平台,但对高职院校思想政治教育内容的选择、判别、重组与创新提出了新的要求。高职院校对思想政治工作进行了积极探索,但思政工作仍受到一些因素的制约和影响。从聚合育人主体、遵循育人规律、拓展育人空间、丰富育人载体、创新育人模式五个维度对高职院校思想政治工作进行路径分析,构建了网络环境下高职院校思想政治教育“协同育人机制”模型。

The diversity and complexity of information content are interrelated under the network environment,the sharing,instantaneity and openness of information dissemination are intertwined,and the network provides convenience and serves as the platform for ideological and political work.Vocational colleges have actively explored the ideological and political work,but it is still restricted and affected by some practical factors.The paper analyzes the path of ideological and political work in vocational colleges from five dimensions:aggregating the subject of education,following the law of education,expanding the space of education,enriching the carrier of education and innovating the mode of education.The paper constructs the collaborative education mechanism model of ideological and political education in vocational colleges under the network environment.
