基于灰色关联理论的沥青混凝土面板堆石坝面板温度应力研究

摘要 针对沥青混凝土面板在各月平均气温条件下面板温度场与温度应力的分布情况,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立分析模型,研究沥青混凝土面板在外部环境条件作用下温度场与温度应力的变化规律。基于灰色关联分析影响面板温度应力的外部环境因素,得出结论可知因素主次顺序为:平均最低气温>降温>平均最高气温>平均风速>日有效日照时数>日太阳辐射总量。面板的最大温度应力总是出现在面板表面,温度裂缝总是从面板表面向下开裂。 In view of the slab temperature field and temperature stress distribution under various average monthly air temperature conditions,analysis model was established with the finite element software of ABAQUS to study the change trend of temperature field and temperature stress of asphalt concrete slab under external environmental conditions.Analysis was made based on grey relation theory to study the external environmental factors which influence the slab temperature stress.It is concluded the influence sequence of various factors are mean minimum temperature>drop in temperature>mean maximum temperature>average wind speed>daily effective sunshine hours>total daily solar radiation.The maximum temperature stress always occurs on the slab surface.Temperature cracks always crack downward from the surface of the slab.
