摘要
老口水电站按照“无人值班”(少人值守)的管理模式设计。计算机监控系统为全开放的分布式结构,分为电厂控制级和现地控制级;泄水闸坝计算机监控系统由电站远控级、坝顶变电所控制级和现地控制级构成。泄水闸坝计算机监控系统二层交换机通过光纤接入电站计算机监控系统千兆交换机,搭建电站计算机监控系统对泄水闸坝计算机监控系统远程管理的网络通道,并发送电站对时信号。
Laokou hydro power station was designed according to the management mode of no or few people on duty.Its computer supervision and control system is of fully open distributed structure consisting of power plant control level and local control level.The CSCS of discharge gate dam consists of power plant remote control level,dam crest substation control level and local control level.The layer 2 switch of gate dam CSCS is connected to the Gigabit switch of power plant CSCS with optical fiber.Network channel is built to realize remote control between plant CSCS and gate dam CSCS and send time synchronization signal of power station.
