The effective use coefficient of farmland irrigation water is an important index to evaluate the irrigation water utilization rate of irrigation area,and is also one of the key indexes for the performance check of the most strict water resource management policy.Summarization was made on the calculating results and experience of effective use coefficient of irrigation water in Guangxi,based on which the countermeasures for improving the calculating level and accuracy are put forward.
