贵州省社区老年教育实践与探究

Practice & Exploration of Community Elderly Education in Guizhou Province

社区老年教育作为老年教育的发展基石,是社区教育、老年教育的重要组成部分,是提高老年教育覆盖率的有效途径。文章对贵州省社区老年教育的两大实践主体发展现状进行梳理,指出贵州省社区老年教育存在管理体制不清晰、部门协同不紧密、基层发展不平衡、资源流动不顺畅等问题,并对贵州省社区老年教育发展思路进行探究,以期助推贵州省社区老年教育健康发展。

As the cornerstone of the development of elderly education,community elderly education is an important part of community education and elderly education,and an effective way to improve the coverage of elderly education.This paper combs the current situation of the development of the two major practice subjects of community elderly education in Guizhou Province to point out that some problems exist in the community elderly education in Guizhou Province,such as the unclear management system,the lack of close cooperation among different government departments,the imbalance of grass-roots development,and the unsmooth flow of resources,and probes into the development ideas of community elderly education in Guizhou Province,aiming at promoting the healthy development of community elderly education in Guizhou Province.
