摘要
首先在环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)侧链上引入含光固化及增韧功能的聚醚类亲水接枝物,作为环氧丙烯酸酯的自乳化剂,再与EA混合获得相对稳定的乳液,然后添加具有光固化功能和相容性较好的硅溶胶,最终获得黏度适中的水性光固化硅溶胶环氧丙烯酸酯复合乳液。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电镜和热重分析仪对乳液及涂膜进行表征,并考察了乳化剂和硅溶胶用量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当乳化剂添加量为15%,固含量为60%,硅溶胶添加量为4%时,涂膜的铅笔硬度为3H,柔韧性1 mm,附着力1级,吸水率2.52%,综合性能最优。
Epoxy acrylate(EA)was grafted with hydrophilic polyether with photocuring and toughening functions into its side chain,and then mixed as a self-emulsifier with EA,producing a stable emulsion.A waterborne ultraviolet-curable silica sol-epoxy-acrylate composite emulsion with a moderate viscosity was obtained based on the said emulsion by adding silica sol with photocuring function and good compatibility to it.The emulsion and the coating prepared therefrom were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis.The effects of the amounts of emulsifier and silica sol on the properties of coating were studied.The results showed that the coating prepared with 15%emulsifier and 4%silica sol at a solid content of 60%had a pencil hardness of 3H,a flexibility of 1 mm,a 1-grade adhesion,and a water absorption rate of 2.52%,showing the best comprehensive performance.
