摘要
在分析现有喷漆室循环风技术及其发展的基础上,提出新的循环风自浓缩方案:不再把所有检查段排风都送往喷涂段,不超标的废气可以直排,其余废气直接送往焚烧炉,且其风量可以调节。考察了循环风比例对废气排放的影响。
Based on the analysis of existing air circulation technology for spray booth and its development,a new selfconcentration scheme for circulating air was proposed:the exhaust air from the checking section was no longer totally sent to the spraying section,the one within emission limit was discharged directly,and the other was sent to the furnace directly with adjustable volume.The effect of the proportion of circulating air on discharge of exhaust air was studied.
