摘要
根据硕士和博士研究生学习定位,研究生导师的工作重点不在于"教"而在于"导",引导学生熟悉该学科或相关领域的基础理论知识和方法,引导学生进行创造性学习,提高其研究能力。但是由于客观实际的限制,多数高校的研究生导师在培养研究生方面只能停留在"教"的方面,无法有效的"导",这给研究生导师带来了巨大的培养压力。该文从普通院校青年教师的角度浅析高校教师在培养研究过程中所面临的压力,抛砖引玉,希望给教育工作启示,共同探究此问题。
Based on the fostering requirements of graduate students,the graduate student supervisors need to guide to learn the technology knowledge and theories in the major fields,and help them to improve the learning and understanding capabilities.However,it is difficult to guide graduate students due to the limits of the practical environment.Graduate student supervisor is"teaching",rather than"guiding"in many colleges.This put pressure on the graduate student supervisors.This manuscript describes these pressures from the views of young teachers.The author hopes to give some inspiration to the education work and explores this issue together.
